When you need an awesome dog groomer!

This is MY dog groomer! If you want to feel like your dog is pampered and loved you need to call her! She is located in Camas, WA 360-518-0223. Mopsi and Mojo are always happy to go and see Kristina! Even with Mopsi's fragile back, I know I can trust her to be very careful with my babies!

Autumn

I had the pleasure of photographing Autumn during her mommies maternity session. She stole the show!

Our furrie boys!

Our two sweeties Mopsi and Mojo. We welcomed Mojo into our hearts about a year ago because we needed to add some happiness into our hearts. Mojo is a great friend to Mopsi. That is when Mojo's not wresting Mops to the ground or trying to steal his ball. Mojo is the king of tug of war, and tries to dig his way to China every night when we go to bed. Why does he do that? Trying to rearrange to bedding to suit his little doggie needs I guess. Anyway, although no one could replace Wendi, Mojo has become a loving addition to our family.

It's been a year...

This one is hard to write. It's been a year since we lost our 12 year old Wendi girl in the back seat of my grandma's car in this terrible car accident. We buried our girl on the property she loved. Little mopsi kept finding her gravesite and rolling about like he was trying to roll around with her like they used to play. The insurance has settled the claim for Wendi and well I feel saddened to even think that her life was worth any monetary amount. We miss her...

Mopsi...What kinda dog are you?

We aquired mopsi about May of 08. Someone who was about to be homeless gave him to my mom in a parking lot. Since she is an avid dog lover she couldn't bear to let anything bad happen to him and she brought him home, making her family of 4 dogs now a family of 5. I fell in love with him and snatched him right up. He made a great little companion for our 12 year old lab/dalmation mix Wendi. The vet said he was about 7 months old and unsure of exactly what his breed is but thought she saw some yorkie, and maybe some llasa apso. later on another vet visit when he had some spine problems (5 slipped discs) the vvet said perhaps he even has some Weiner dog in him. Gosh....what a mixture, however I have never seen another dog that looks excatly like our Mopsi. Not a weiner dog nor yorkie not even a llasa apso. But the other day when I was at the vet, I saw an AKC chart while waiting in line for Mopsi's prescription refill, and on the toy dogs section was an Affenpinscher. OMG that looks exactly like Mopsi! Exactly! Of course he is groomed more like the llasa apso but I truly believe I have found what his breed is. Not that I could deal with that monkey styled grooming, or that he would have any show dog traits, but it is just nice to have sort of an explaination when people ask me what kind of dog he is. "I think he is an Affenpinscher"
